Rental Contract

 

    1. Remaining invoiced balance is required before first destination of your rental. Payment must be made by cash, credit card, or debit card. No checks will be accepted at the time of pickup.
    2. If your party goes over the prearranged time, you will be held responsible for the additional hours charged. Additional charges are to be paid in full before your party ends. Additional hourly charges are $80/hr and are rounded up to the next whole hour.
    3. Riders are encouraged to have a few locations they would like to travel to. “Driving around” to use up rental time will not be allowed.
    4. GetOnDaBus.com will not provide any alcohol for any party. If alcohol is desired, it must be brought on the bus by the riders.
    5. GetOnDaBus.com is not responsible for underage drinking. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that those persons who consume alcohol are of legal age.
    6. No smoking will be allowed on the bus by anyone or at anytime. $100 fine will be assessed if smoking occurs on any limo bus during rental. You may smoke outside instead. This rule is in place to avoid an unnecessary fire or accident on our limo buses.
    7. If anyone in your party or on the bus happens to vomit on any limo bus owned by GetOnDaBus.Com, a $100 fine will be assessed. You may vomit outside instead.
    8. Drugs, violence, and /or weapons of any kind will not be tolerated. If any of the above occurs, your party will be immediately dropped off at your prearranged destination, and no refund will be issued.
    9. At no time will we allow any rider to be hanging out the windows or throwing trash out the windows. Any rider caught doing so will be asked to get off the bus immediately and be responsible for getting his or her own ride home.
    10. GetOnDaBus.com will pick the group up at one (1) location. The party will then travel together as a group to a maximum of five (5) different locations, and be dropped off at prearranged final destination as a group when the time of purchased rental has ended.
    11. GetOnDaBus.com will not pick up additional people (strangers) throughout the night. This is for the safety of the group.
    12. The maximum number of individuals on any party bus is twenty four (24). There are no exceptions to this rule and additional people will not be allowed on the vehicle. This law is set by the state of Iowa.
    13. GetOnDaBus.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought onto the bus. It is recommended that riders keep all personal items with them at all times.
    14. GetOnDaBus.com is not responsible/liable if any rider is injured from certain causes while riding on our buses. For example, if the bus is in motion and all riders are not seated, or if a rider is under the influence of any substance. Any and all injuries must be reported immediately to the driver. Injuries not reported during rental agreement are treated as if they did not occur during the rental contract
    15. If any property of GetOnDaBus.com is damaged or stolen by any rider, you will be held liable for replacement costs, collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, etc. An damage estimate will be calculated within seven (7) business days after rental has occurred.
    16. Pictures and/or videos taken by GetOnDaBus.com staff are the property of GetOnDaBus.com, and may be used in flyers, on our website, or for any other future promotional advertising for GetOnDaBus.com. By signing below you are giving permission for GetOnDaBus.com to use pictures and/or videos of your party and guests for the above purposes.
    17. GetOnDaBus.com will make every effort to provide you with the bus of your choice, however, under certain circumstances, it may be necessary to substitute another bus or shuttle van. GetOnDaBus.com reserves the right to substitute buses as necessary.
    18. For the safety of you and your guests, all riders shall listen to and follow any directions given by the driver, at all times. Standing while the bus is in motion is not allowed. Stand at your own risk!
    19. If any vehicle used by GetOnDaBus.Com becomes disabled or breaks down during a rental, a full refund will be issued within seven (7) business days of rental contract. GetOnDaBus.Com is not responsible for any transportation after a bus becomes disabled or breaks down. Transportation at that point is the sole responsibility of the riders and rental supervisor who was signed below.
    20. We reserve the right to cancel any rental if any portion of the rental contract is broken.

**All rentals are subject to the weather. All weather cancellations are at the discretion of GetOnDaBus.com and its drivers. If conditions are deemed to not be safe, the renter will be contacted with as much notice as possible. Any cancellations due to weather will be allowed to reschedule for the next available date, or have their deposit refunded. **If you or any of your guests have any questions, at anytime, please do not hesitate to ask. We will do our best to answer them.
