1. How many years have you been in business?

GetOnDaBus.Com was established in 2003. We are going on our third year in business with plans to add a party bus each year to come. (New limo bus added Sept 2005!)

3. How many buses do you have?

We currently have two party buses ( 22 passenger limo bus & 24 passenger limo bus) with plans to add another in 2006. All buses are priced the same.

4. Why is your party bus service priced lower than the other services in town?

GetOnDaBus.Com strives to make your party bus experience fun but without making it a large expense for our renters. Our surveys show the low cost brings our customers back to rent again in the future. With repeat customers, we can cut back on large spending for advertising, radio ads, and banners. This keeps our prices low and competitive.

5. What makes your bus service stand out compared to other buses and party bus services?

We have the latest in mobile audio, video, and communication technology. Our buses include iPod hookups, Dvd Player, Tv’s, Cd Players, GPS Navigation devices, Laser/Strobe Lights, Comfortable seating and thousands of watts of audio power, depending on which bus you book. We also have newer style shuttle limo buses, not old school buses like other services. We are the elite, stylish, entertainment on wheels service.

6. What new features have you added to your limo buses lately?

We recently added Sirius Satellite Radio, iPod hookup if you want to bring your own iPod to play music through the stereo for your friends, Dvd player with 7' monitor, 180 can capacity beverage coolers, all free of charge to use. We also added Garmin GPS Satellite Navigation devices to our buses at no charge (at request). The GPS units allow our renters to choose the bars/clubs of choice on a computer which then tells the bus driver where to go next. Most of these features are available on the 24 passenger limo bus.

7. Where does your business travel?

We serve the Des Moines area which includes West Des Moines, Urbandale, Clive, Beaverdale, Waukee, Johnston, Ankeny, Norwalk, Grimes, Altoona, Bondurant, Carlisle. GetOnDaBus.Com will travel north of Ankeny, East of Altoona, West of Waukee, or South of Norwalk at an additional mileage charge.

8. Do you rent your buses for Iowa or Iowa State football games and other sports events?

Yes! Please call for a quote for your tailgating, football or sporting event.

9. Can I decorate the bus for my event?

Absolutely! You may bring your own decorations, balloons, banners, etc. You may also bring your own music cd's and dvd videos if you choose.

10. Does your service include Christmas Light Tours?

Yes, our Christmas Light season runs from December 1st through January 31st. You may make your reservations anytime throughout the year to get the dates you want.

11. How much notice should I give for a party bus rental?

The sooner the better for your chances of getting a reservation. We occasionally have last minute openings as well.

12. Our last bus rental from another service ended with the bus breaking down. We were not issued any type of refund. What is your policy if a bus breaks down during a rental?

In three years of service, we are proud to say we have never had a bus break down. We have our buses serviced three times a year to keep them in top running condition. We offer a 100% refund if a bus breaks down any time during your rental.
